Eid offer: DAMAC extends ‘Buy a Home, Get a Luxury Car’ offer to all UAE residents
Selected homes purchased before March 31 qualify for premium Nissan models
DUBAI – Dubai-based developer DAMAC Properties has expanded its “Buy a Home, Get a Luxury Car” campaign to include all UAE residents, widening access to the limited-time Eid promotion aimed at encouraging property ownership in the country.
Originally introduced as part of a Ramadan initiative focused on Emirati buyers, the campaign has now been broadened to recognise the millions of residents who contribute to the UAE’s economy and social fabric.
The offer aligns with the spirit of Eid Al Fitr and the UAE’s Year of Family, reflecting a broader message that residents are partners in the nation’s ongoing development.
Expanded offer
Under the campaign, residents purchasing selected residential units across the UAE before March 31, 2026 will receive a complimentary luxury vehicle, with the model linked to the property’s value.
Buyers investing Dh1.5 million or more will receive a Nissan Pathfinder SL 4WD. Those purchasing homes priced at Dh3 million and above will qualify for a Nissan Patrol SE Platinum City, while properties valued at Dh5 million or more come with a Nissan Patrol NISMO.
The time-bound offer is designed to add lifestyle value to property investment while encouraging long-term homeownership in Dubai and across the UAE. The developer said the initiative aims to recognise residents who have built their lives in the country and continue to contribute to its growth and prosperity.
Amira Sajwani said the campaign reflects the inclusive nature of the UAE’s development journey. “The UAE’s remarkable success has been built not only by its citizens, but also by the many residents who have chosen to build their lives and futures here,” she said. “By extending this initiative, we want to recognise residents as true partners in the nation’s progress, while offering meaningful support for families who see the UAE as their long-term home. After all, we are all one nation and one family.”
The developer noted that the initiative also builds on the success of its Ramadan programme targeting Emirati property buyers, reinforcing the company’s efforts to support both citizens and residents in achieving homeownership.
Buy a Home, Get a Luxury Car
The promotion comes as Dubai’s real estate sector continues to attract strong international interest. Despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainty shaping global investment decisions, the emirate’s property market remains a focal point for investors seeking long-term stability and lifestyle-driven opportunities.
By linking property purchases with luxury incentives, developers are increasingly positioning real estate investment as both a financial and lifestyle choice. For many buyers, particularly residents planning long-term stays in the UAE, such initiatives add tangible value to the homebuying process.
Founded in 2002, DAMAC Properties is one of the region’s most prominent private developers. The company has delivered more than 50,000 homes to date and has over 54,000 additional units in planning and development stages across multiple markets.
Its portfolio spans residential, commercial and leisure developments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, the Maldives, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. The developer has also partnered with global luxury brands including Roberto Cavalli and de GRISOGONO to create branded living experiences.
